The Future Directions for the Australian Economy - Education, skills, training, innovation and productivity

We now have the opportunity for Change. It will be a wise investment for any one Country to lead the World by example. There is new technology that can be licensed and controlled by the government for the benefit of the people of this country. A government that encourages us to value add to our plentiful resources before it we sell. We collectively can build a Country economy that controls the asset value of our exported potential. We can now invest our hard earned money in a "Higher Process" that will save our skies, soils and water from further destruction yet lets us be productive. A plan is available now that defines responsibility of that economic growth acknowledging Earth as Australia's "Highest Process" as our Indigenous Soul. We then have a mandate to set an 18 year plan in place to teach our next generation of children the responsibility of life and productivity. It is a time to focus on our own countries infrastructure. Why are we competing? Our resources are plentiful, so why do we have to compete in price.

We cannot prepare for what the global community is about to experience financially. The World has serious financial problems at the moment; so Australia has to look at protecting ourselves from the world’s economy for the next five years.

We must reduce hydrocarbons and implement new technology to power our cars. If we develop the thousands of industries that will come from this new plan we will ultimately prosper and licence the designs to the World markets; Give power to the people as John Lennon wrote. If this government represents our will then we should implement current technology that can slowly replace the contaminants that damage our skies. We can start this now.

We should not be focused on accelerating through this Worldly period of economic and climate chaos. We have to watch for a little while and untangle our vines from the volatility of heavily borrowed governments and look at creating and teaching our country men and women into new business opportunities that value add to our own endless resources. We are well positioned to bring new technologies and designs straight away

Australia is a great place to live and grow. We have enough people applying for residence; let’s look at all of the people who apply to live here a little more personally. The government gives infrastructure for new families to start and then it is the person’s responsibility to build off that start.

Kids are our highest process; teach them self acceptance of the shape and form they were given. This is what a Government should take responsibility over. To help us find the professor in each of us and a direction for the future by vocation.

If Highest Process was adopted by our constitution then nothing could be done that interferes with the divinity of Earth. So new technology is available now to harness and implement and will create many new opportunities. This government has started encouragement so are you willing to change.

TOPIC 2: 

Economic Infrastructure, the digital economy and the future of our cities

Technology is available now to power trains and cars without hydro-carbon fuels and efficiently using alternate power. I foresee a profitable train network so modern and inexpensively run as the power or resource costs are free to the Government. I see cars that are designed to enable the owners to touch them as a creative entity without fear of petrol costs. Remember men love to touch. Straight away we are a highly competitive nation. As my theory involves watching the World carefully I am in favour of maintenance on the go. This broadband internet is a need for business and so should be run privately at a cost to the business. Our Government is there to terminate the connection to the World in each major city and maintain that link. If we want to keep having unreliable water supplies that so happens to align with drought, accelerated growth of life and lack of infrastructure to our farmers then we will never fix the flow of the river. Give free power to each farmer and let him get his water from underground for his crops. We now have technology of a "free-power" generator that would supply the irrigation needs to each farmer without him having to pay for power and pump from our burdened rivers.

The time now Australians is to invest in ourselves. We can see our beautiful Country. We are lucky and most of us live in modern circumstance. We now have the opportunity to control the price of our resources we sell. We must value-add and the value add is not a competitive dollars figure. It is the resource, plus value add, plus the total tax we need for infrastructure, and whalla! Stop being scared of World prices and start to set prices based on our needs.

The Earth turns one turn approximately in 24 hours and this is analogue function. It is true to say that Earth turns one turn per day but digitally we cannot measure her absolutely in time. The growth of technology has outstripped population growth because of digital function. Speeding us up? It is important that the policy states that the quality of our digital technologies is regulated by highest process and that is to serve the people rather than control them.

TOPIC 3: 

Population, sustainability, climate change and water

I have a plan that constitutes two words and if these two words were a part of Australian belief then we would revere Earth as Australia's Highest process. That plan has started by the formula `x' + `y' = ONE     and that is `Man' + `Woman' = Life      and  therefore  we could have   `Kevin Rudd' + `Julia Gillard' = Giving us Truth

Eighteen years are about to start a generation of teaching the wonderful beauty of our Country to our kids and that all can be accomplished if we decide to start work now.

A statement to the World that: "Earth is our Highest Process" simple words that support a dedication to live. I give you power to pass onto the people. In science power is freely given where force always costs a lot of money. Australia is big enough now to stand on its own two feet and invest in its own people. So what is power, well its "numbers of" "perpetual motion" relativity; so why can't we, if we have a device already available, put power in each back yard. Put a water tank in each backyard. We have this straight away. Recycle waste locally. Small is the place to look for power as it is affordable now. While our dedication to a major project takes shape we watch the Worlds economy for the next five years.

We announce to the World that Australia will be completely free of fossil fuels within five years. We can do this under Highest Process with the developments in energy carriers and storage that are available now.

The government’s responsibility is to prevent life from being expediential in growth. Simply implement the higher process and that is to stop speeding up life for fast food chains and our no time lifestyle. If this government wants to survive it needs to show and tell that there is a better way. The Chickens I have eaten have black cracks in the legs; the chicken is grown on super foods and chemicals and in that 44 days that bird must have experienced hell. Our population has expediential grown and is sick from farmers speeding up life. At least infrastructure would be to feed the poor from the waste. That should be a process the business end should cater for gladly.

Remember small is accomplishable. Water tanks for each new house and free power to farmers to pump their own water.

TOPIC 4: 

Future directions for rural industries and rural communities

We do not need our rural industries to compete with the World. Firstly if the farmer has infrastructure then he develops technology that he can sell. We are a small populated nation. Our policy should not be to feed the World but teach the World how to farm its land. We have great knowledge base in this Country and we are teachers from a harshly dry country. Australians need to sell our expertise of how?

We need to give them water and power for free now. If this technology I bring was implemented to farmer’s properties then they could pump and irrigate. It is the farmer’s responsibility to know how good his chances are of growing crops and this knowledge is infrastructure.

You are elected as our representatives to promote us not to sustain us. Regional communities are people who have chose to live and grow in a particular part of our great country. People are the only ones who make change if they choose so the infrastructure is to open the peoples eyes to what industries could be founded. If the people are supported by the government to understand the rules and regulations of the tax act then they will grow.

A Government that will fund and hold the hand of new businesses into the markets is a great policy maker.

A long-term national health strategy

From my study we live with apathy and despair and is what we seem to hear every day. This world has not been given for misery and I want you to know where responsibility lies under highest process: Australians choose to supply free health care but we can't. Doctors should set the table of prices and profit from their hard work. Once agreed it is an individuals responsibility of life to care for themselves. We may choose to insure ourselves to cover the cost to the Medical world. I foresee a medical health scheme where each medical service sets the fee for the treatment. I foresee insurance companies covering the total cost of medication by virtue of care and that these insurance companies take the risk by accepting the premium. I foresee everyone covered by a yearly levee paid by the government on our behalf as a levy.

I foresee profit being shared fairly to the workers Lets not invest in the pity of the masses but invest in an open ear who listens more and builds the great Australian spirit within our medical institutions. The Government is not responsible for people’s current situation. You have just come to power. Why don't we focus on lifting spirits rather that how we overcome the huge burden our system allows. If people are given free health cover their spirit to live is challenged by their position in life.

This Government is not responsible as I stated earlier "to meet the emerging regulatory challenges" but rather as Earth = Self is responsible for the infrastructure the people have asked for. Are the regulatory challenges "The litigation costs" The only people regulating change for the medical communities should be the doctors who treat us.. There may be less demands in the future on our medical system under higher process.

Strengthening communities and supporting working families

If two things this government gave for free it would be education and power. This government will only prosper in wisdom. These two things if properly been implemented by the communities give basics to build support for families. The government should show how to plan for these family matters our life revolves around resources of Earth such as Oil. We are told by world economies as to what the price is and we pay for oil. Imagine the growth in Australian profits if businesses didn't have to rely on these commodities. We are a small nation in numbers and we can make this change to technology available now, easily. There is a source of free power that Safe, very efficient and on demand.

Everyday I hear someone say "I don't care" and I tell them they actually do. This Government is elected by the peoples will to give Infrastructure for homeless people, if they ask for it. The infrastructure should be happening all the time. Build continuously. Community builds projects funded by grant and goodwill of the people who live in those communities wherever they are. We are great givers us Australians, but let’s not give to solve ones problems.

Let’s give to the benefactor an infrastructure that solves the problem by process. She, Earth gives us great infrastructure and you can feel, smell and touch her. And she expects you to live happily. If we choose to give food to a community in need wouldn't the process include how that Aid we gave solved there hunger in the future and that they didn't have to ask again for food; off anyone ever. What if we gave aid by giving free power? Once the community in need can see they can be busy. And that Aid also allowed then to pump water. Irrigate crops and educate them how to survive. Isn't that giving? Highest Process will not allow Australian Sons to fight other people’s wars A mother though will stand by her sons side if we were engaged. Remember the army that wins has the water. I am a strong supporter of the competitive spirit, sport and promoting music within each community. I would say that we don't have to worry about remote regions unless they ask for help to build infrastructure.

Options for the future of Indigenous Australia

Mr. Rudd you have said sorry to the Indigenous people of Australia and now we can move on but to move on we have to be prepared to find how. This government and people have just come to office and are not responsible for the past 200 years. Now we have to let go of the past and lets face the issues which will arise from global warming as one Australian. These problems are coming fast and a higher process is to let the aboriginal people educate us of our responsibility toward Earth as they know best how to survive. We need to fund and celebrate Australia in dreamtime, music and song and we need to get over the fact that we do actually live in the best country by far and have unique and great culture to sell to the World. Lets present our unique heritage in continuous song from now on.

Towards a creative Australia: the future of the arts, film and design

We in Australia need to recognize genius first, before the World grabs our unique artists for them. They are easy to find. We are all a professor of something. Encouragement comes from accepting originality first; and Triple J, The ABC and SBS recognize these assets very well. If we accept something in Australia first, then we know it is good, and if its good a whole lot of others will want that service. Infrastructure gives so these fine organizations should be further encouraged to show off Australian talent, from live concerts, rock shows and our goal for Australia to lead the World in new technology and the best thing is we can start now. Simplify overseas filmmakers capitol costs of shooting here in Australia, as long as they allow us as professionals to value add to the movie by using Aussie talent to manufacture the process. Let’s make documentaries of our new found technology for the people of Australia. If Australia adopts Highest Process then we will lead the World in technology that allows us to control our own wellbeing. Show Australia to the World in Painting competitions of our landscapes and beaches. Allow artists to self perpetuate their trade. That is a highest process.

TOPIC 9: 

The future of Australian governance: open government (including the role of the media), the structure of government and the rights and responsibilities of citizens

Our government has just been elected and now the agenda to start is the greatest business plan ever undertaken and then show it off with courage to dream for a future for our kids without the fear of Global Warming. Small is power, and in numbers it is great power. Power is given always freely and force is a cost that must be burned to make an outcome. We burn inefficiently Oil and gas and coal. For every dollar spent in energy we have only 80 cent worth of heat to sell. Our Country is of size now to watch the rest of the World for five years while we untangle ourselves from the control over us financially as a nation.

To engage anyone would be to listen; go to your local electorate and listen to the problems; as those are the people who have chosen you to represent them. We must let the other five degrees of separation deal with a common highest process that is undeniably true as Earth gives life by one turn.

Let us see the governments showing ideas and setting about writing philosophy once again that lets us as a Nation plan for say a thousand years. The Age of Aquarius.....Wow couldn't you market that. Let’s see a creative government and departments that are run under a higher process and simplified. Let’s see a government who creates opportunities for our new technology to sell our wares. The leaders who start as x + y have a great chance of finding truth as in solution + process = One Remember simply is better. We are over governed in this country...

Australia's future in the region and the world

We are of the right size as a country to stop relying on fossil fuels and start with new technology that is available now. This Country has a great advantage right now if we become non reliant on the world markets over the next five years as there is a lot of uncertainty over this period, So leave them to their own ways and let us as a Country move on without fear but in our own planned destiny. Take the enemies water I say. We can't maximize our relationship to America. We have chosen as a Country to participate in War as Allies and we respect each others forces. If Highest Process was our constituted right then a Mother would never send her Son to fight other peoples Wars and that would be a mandate of the people instantly. Our armies would be used as our defence line across all forms of entry to this nation. They could monitor threats and exercise their defences each day through customs. The United Nations should rely on process completely. Give infrastructure always and be the secretary for the affairs of the World. Australia has a positive gift to show the World if we unveil all our plans at once and state that we are going to change Australia as the World leader in clean technologies. We have chosen not to accept Global Warming and plan to survive for the next thousand years in peace. Right here in Australia is a Highest Process I know this government is going to be very conservative on the purse strings as the next five years are going to be major upheavals in the stock markets. You are wised to watch our overseas exposure and concentrate on giving power back to the people.
