'  is of course the Chaos, the fallout from lack of time when such ideas are supposedly supported.  For this page I call  a One outcome, a  100% return on investment,  principle that adheres well to the  constitution and non for profit infrastructure.    Considerable profit,  One, is ahead, if the water infiltrating our dry soils is used well; and preparing us for extra people,  is a constitutional challenge.  Ignition for the creative use over this excess water could only have  greater profits and if applied with meaningful intentions, will create guaranteed  development planning, increasing the equity value of existing resources and the many "too difficult"  sites  -  as  power is small. A per site structure, that increases our grid capacity slowly,  is affordable from a small population.    To find Personal value,   increased personal assets and practical skills gained,  whilst passing on skills I say prevents misery.  The future with helpful town planners who looked for opportunity,  some future students who chose to complete thesis employing practical skills  to verify the sustainability or outcome of; And to recycle our Mentors  with an opportunity of showing students how? passing on  great business knowledge, known trade skills and expanded confidence, then I feel we could have ignition for some prosperity boom, using the many non productive elements lying dormant in  society. Suddenly,  personal value has a real chance to increase as you need to be needed,  it nurtures the spirit from collecting the power of conductivity.

I'm sick of doing what everyone else says is cool, to be that flamboyant, its not. A beautiful Summer is coming down under this year and  considering relativity, Darwin, Newton, Wells, Einstein,  inefficient Machines compared to current emotions, a dollar buying thirty eight cents of heat - I find the basic Government policies are less efficient in the first place.    Aussie's face is;  buried in a fishing magazine;  watching that automobile program; riveted to the action, smiling "Yes!", crying "AH!"   yelling  "NO!"  interacting as a try is scored; it is a positive experience for him, I'll call it mans-pash. A quality "Resource"  girls; understand  his "Passion" and use it always with your conductive ability, and you may well have all the things you need and a happy man.   Imagine putting your real skill to work, your absorptive power, complex thoughts, administration of, a purposeful life nurturing the child within, and then imagine government policy for growth locally, and just if ?  life could become a lot less complicated over night unloading all these varying speed limits, different rules & regulations.  I bet your Summer face would  profoundly change if policies of the future were formed that plagiarized    " prosperity "    to govern business.       A culture acknowledged is one that pleases;  here is the oldest known culture on Earth and our collective power is for the people, collectively,  profiting.   Couture ennobles and strengthens personality,  and with 60,000 years of Indigenous - ness for sustainable profits a laminar flow towards truer outcomes can be assured in the future for the Ark.

The value of culture generates profit - when it is  implemented with Passion, with better intentions,  a mentor could gain also in personal wealth from community development - a tourist campaign that profits  "The oldest known culture - the Ark"  The greatest business plan is to say we're going to cherish one thing - the Soil & Sky,   manufacturing here,  us profiting from us,  a philosophy to look at the light each day, and well pleased with the results of a satisfying day at work. Resolution can leave the Poets frustrated, and a mother torn,  sacrificing her Son for stories and opinions, the greed over money, half a story that translates  greater value than another.  More creative people please step up to the plate to govern us,  the privilege of serving this great land must start with positive values than forget about  apocalypse, revelation, level playing fields and 11:11 conspiracy  -  The closing margin for the Dow Jones last week was 11:11 and my counsel is contemplation for the few months ahead.  Mechanical theory & design can now align,  as  Newton's laws resonate in my head of karma, use and be used;  applying well to the current theory of level playing fields. Controlled markets we give our soils too that are sold with no ongoing local value.

We  each loose many seconds a day fighting a complex system and  Earth varies the time for One turn each day from one to four seconds, depending on the vagueness of the Ice Sun's rotation, the heartbeat;   I thought,  that by helping common people  profit  that  Banks would understand our share price would increase?  Our own values are set by others these days, distant level playing fields, we do not control our own Countries value from the heart.  I'd like more control over my fair entitlements, secure investment, I can't afford to live on the pension, I am overloaded by tech these days, my eyes aren't so good anymore and the computer challenges me, I could use an aid;  Maybe I could teach them practical skill.  I've formed less value for our binary art forms that spew out, and I have also found that 

 'x' + 'y' + 'y' + 'y' equals One;     Administration is needed in a period of mass exposure,  sloppy ear pieces,  mass produced art, commercial bombardment of customer values that sarcastically are trying to promoting a mans-pash by justifying service that isn't there?   all to  profit shareholders. 

So an ancient principle comes to mind "as above; so below";  the words of philosophers,  politicians,  prestigious leaders,  I  only hear opposite or that an equal  applies,  yet I consider it more; I would hope one day a man's emotions are as efficient as the given Son.

One tax for Australia, there you are its out there, pick it to pieces. A productive policy...............

The accountant, "the Joe"  could actually change from being the useless overhead, in these tough times, using his creative found professional abilities for  business growth.  The Poet who now enlightens and prospers  business from finding a personality.

What if every company simply paid a ten percent tax on turnover.  The people have mandated that to do business on this Island, our rent is ten percent. That one policy would create ten times the revenue for taxpayer security.   What if we mandated that Education was non for profit, and what if you, the people stood up and said "Mr. 'x'  there is no energy crisis - develop a  plan now that protects the soil & the sky as our future datum immediately;   take our tax money from us in simpler ways;   tax the prosperity of consumption and nasty cheap imports that will allow us to live less stressed, control our own equity value, consumption increasing as we value add to the people before our resources leave the docks, less complicated reporting, understandings your actual wage and getting it regularly is our prime concern." 

 "Mr. 'x' ,  the people want a known overhead figure,  5% of GDP as government set expenditure to promote us,  and we expect the creativity of the men & women who are elected to serve us, to be professionals and creative enough to implement our plans to be so. ...." 

I see a headline news, " One tax & The Politician who cared....", 

As heat rises  a Child comes to the World as One,  un-effected,   pure    and    whole,  but somehow  during the first month ............... "Time goes missing"  his foreskin is cut off and she is condemned, One second of Process  lost.   Eighty million people  by 2050 may need a little planning for I would say? and look at what is happening now as chaos guides chaos,  improvements are needed, I mean we haven't even saved for retirement accounts. We could all have a One constitution for Australia, that provides for life, whatever colour, whatever religion, a known truth. We can hedge  tax payer's capital more effectively against failure.  Emotion could be taken to a different dimension with less things to worry about, a nearby level of consciousness that is simple relief from rules, regulation and paper work, varying speed limits and thought beams with a smirk,  thinking about how much simpler life could be. The planning of well intended policies with a whole lot less reporting to worry about?  Ask the people? a referendum, to set a maximum percentage for credit cards, "get blogging guys" it would be less vague to have a simpler life, analogue credit plus one percent margin.      Maybe we could have a government, implement a policy, that showed executives of banks of how they could profit far more by helping your business grow;  and too profit !  instead of charging outrageous  fees for the pleasure of controlling your savings funds.  It was the business philosophy of the bank to profit from your prosperity. I'd like to see the media rape prosperity; portrayal of grand scale repatriation, a row of run down local shops, inner west;  along comes student and mentor, a creative local town planning initiative, the opportunities for equity revival; a business major, a student creating how the shops can trade once again, an Architect student who makes drawings that are real and has to resolve real development problems; of how the many depreciated assets lying dormant can be made beautiful again and profitable for the community's  capital wealth value and developing sustainable engineering ideas to power the new development boom. White Bay becomes a clean energy source again and the fifteen hectares are revived for equity increase.

A Referendum where people ask, "What do you reckon, the soil & sky is our highest concern - rather than many stories?"   It is the heat in administration creating policies that constitutes profits that relieves the emotions of many, " Stop trying to fix us "   The future public servant must leave the personal abuse for home. Creation is the most enthralling Human character, empowering the self motivated and savaged artist with a project in a time frame that generates value added profits for all.  Artists once again making LP records cool,  the songwriter with a larger canvas that we can all read and his music can't be stolen. Change can only come now with a period of active policy,  that brings creativity out for profit. If less complicated ways came to the fore and the people had less decisions to make about twenty five taxes,  could the Policy be ignored or justified as lacking in creativity. If consumption of, and imports in, were taxed simply and the people had interest,  say,  in growing the coal industry with diversified employment, cleaner products, turning that lonely stock market brown coal into many new profitable products, The Oil companies profiting from diversity, it is a business, digging for pure water, develop and raise the equity value for millions of acres of dry land as the Island infiltrates water;  as the people flow in,  a datum of truth brings simple guidance that everyone can easily understand as their own responsibility to this great Island? Police departments and unions that implement preventive teachings, before the working life is undertaken, for trades, road rules, in schools so employers are not occupational health & safety criminals first. A productive defense force that builds its own technology.

One datum for our life is our spirit;  " she'll be right mate."   Value add to the Oz product before its sold is a simple policy  Mr.' x', sounds pretty easy to implement,    Industry created,  town planners who show you and I where opportunity can be found?  our hands are the soil and our constitution states,  plus " a value added too component"  by an Australian hand before it is sold.   That one tax would allow the people to have ten times the revenue for infrastructure, and the Government we elected actually was regulated by the 5% return they make promoting community infrastructure; that dry land value must increase with water, and more jobs will be created locally, and that students practicing their final work on a project will add to that equity increase. What about a sustainable coal industry if we go green, thinking of positive outcomes for the product. The business is a consummate entity,  it needs people first. If the company wants profits for shareholders that's fine, but what if that company was sustainable as an entity, that those resources that it used and the people who worked there,  had a sustainable structure, that was creative enough to understand that we can burn coal more efficiently, and also we can make something else out of the coal, after all there is plenty of it? To implement simple engineering to scrub and collect the Carbon for soils, other products that physics say will make great bricks, panels.       Carbon and water must be our greatest future resources .

Majority demands that infrastructure needs of community are served with planning, the Political world though, is also in retrograde, and now we can actually see what these guys are doing procrastinating worldly policy whilst the Earth condenses. Officials caught scamming their allowances, there is no ideas for efficiency, the energy crisis that doesn't exist or the understanding of basic physics that could transform our economy overnight; there is no business acumen spoken in the rhetorical world of politics and we know that egotism fuels the personal issues for cause; the leftovers who couldn't make it in the real world debate policy creating this very unproductive format  to find out " Who's to blame "  for the Carbon emissions, Mankind or God.    If only our prestigious leaders enlightened themselves of the fact that Oceans are rising each day, and much faster than predicted. If we understood the problem, minded our own business and focused on rising water locally, then maybe we have a chance to use this rising water.  Our leaders need to change there approach; for  without the personal degradation, without trying to simply solve every chaotic issue and without simply building our inefficient economy by giving away our soils, then and only then, can we face this rising water collectively and positively,  controlling our own outcomes.

I say the Profits,  never  explain " why"  they were so beastly, so greedy,  writings so horrid  of fate that becomes us and theology read is consumed within itself covered by flames of inquisition, have the pilgrims paid up front to save their souls?  There is no better political or media fodder than to say we will not participate in climate change, but rather, Policy and personal creativity is solely for the future infrastructure of this Island. The period that must follow equilibrium is a positive period and with courage to say it,  One thousand years of prosperity is plausible and that chance of conscious change is available now. Less complicate society's paper trail, stop the personal abuse, a Sovereign nation and ......"Mr. 'x',  implement One tax "   -    your job description is now to promote the people.
