Dear Sean,

                 We will definitely need funding to save Christmas Island and to start the greatest business plan ever conceived.  I have had a many thoughts about this whilst I've been away testing our energy device. I feel confident now capitalizing our project with  the lowest interest rates we will ever see and it may be time to approach the bank for a partnership. The marketing for this undertaking would be enormous and a part of this National enterprise I believe the major four will all want to be apart of the Christmas revival. As I was born in the Shire  I thought we'd present a letter initially to the head of Australia's best  bank with a plan to  fund the manufacturing of this energy device of ours right here in Australia.  Prosperity will come to this Island with fertility inland to the driest Country in the world and  I believe after 30  years of running businesses the Best bank manager may care and join us in a partnership for the future  of sustainable engineering.  Your thesis also points out that cooler weather is close by  and I'm concerned that if oil prices inflate again then a third wave of stock market uncertainty will definitely come.  The Aussie man is passionate and that must be our focus as then his creativity and productivity will come like a tsunami.  Even the  Best bank will be tough on  raising  finance in this ugly market with out the necessary property assets that we don't have,   so I'm going to asked them to simply process the application on merit. 

I wanted to explain to the Best bank about manufacturing & sustainability as a major part of this countries economic revival as I had told Schultze over the phone when I contacted him,  the physics of sustainability are plausible for Christmas and to bring a greater benefit for our Sovereignty.  He said 'Whoa'  I was loosing him about this talk of the bloodline  and the soil and Sky and the true datum.  I understood I was rambling on whilst I explained  to him the new efficient starting point for a sustainable future that we could all see feel and touch. I revised the strategy and spoke to him of our great idea's and basic Physics of energy on demand, in layman's terms explaining  that there really was no energy crisis. He said it was all well out of the normal conversations he'd had for loans and I'd have to help Best bank executives to understand that our intentions were plausible in the engineering world. I remember  2000 was to be the end  of the digital Binary world, well that's what the Media purported.  Technology controls us these days and our kids are so  bored from technology & a lack of productivity that brings meaning to ones life. The Media said, "Computers would be crashing"  at the stroke of the new century,  Chaos theory  was to come.

I was simply wishing that the bank man would give me the nod on this Factory deal so my businesses could grow and prosper further.   Schultze knew me and what I was capable of building. He knew  little about construction and knew the headaches we'd had funding bloody retention sums. He did give us a start and I reflect on the good old days of the Banking industry that had the need to help business grow.   It was good to catch up with him and disclose our planned future. He told me Bank managers aren't allowed to fund "good ideas" any more  these days and the Modern manager can only justify why you can't have funding. Of course he said you can have the money if you don't need it or have the  security  of a property.  Business in this Country is our future for jobs and is the starting position for the economy and it will be lucrative if we plan to grow sustainable movement during this gloomy era. I see a Tradesmen's University as an alternative to the unproductive education system and changes made that support business and teach the Children of how happiness comes from a  productive day one as they graduate. The ages of 16 - 23 thrown into the deep end like I was starting business, funded with cheap interest loans, with dirty hands and the encouragement to succeed with less paperwork. The mentors from the past teaching crafts & trades and remember the oldies are struggling on a measly $250 per week. The Old Boys were the greatest gift to me in learning my working life skills. 

                 Money is nice and  it recycles completely and our economy has a constant amount of it.  All the  Coins  of the World are still lying around somewhere Sean,   and I do believe  that  some Country has got very rich from transferring our losses,  I mean the money hasn't been burnt. I like the broadcasters announcements, LOST !!!, the markets have lost our money.  Magic??  I  remember  Schultze  saying, David  I'll get all the info to you to process the application quickly and that's how easy it was to fund the business interests.  He said "These days your details are punched in a damn computer and you are assessed for risk  not by how many assets you have but the simple value of your estate "   When I bought that factory Sean in 2000, I thought positively, by writing down our plans for growth that would move us  forwards, that by at least ' 01   we'd be working from this Factory and possibly we could rent out a portion of the factory as extra regular income.   That old factory and the security of it, had the interests  of family in mind and all those Subbies   who were helping to build a great organization.          

                I have been a little excited as the theory evolves changing the thought process to a sustainable living and a constitution of true Sovereignty with a blood line from 60,000 years, our  Respected Elders,  who have always celebrated the Earth as their soul. A Queen & King for the new Sovereign Island home. Wouldn't that give us a reason to celebrate in this period of despair, I mean in creative media & monetary terms, for the Arts, the Economy?  I have found that "I " understood life a little better each time I researched the 'Collectively'  good moments and wrote about them  creatively.  This device is important Physics Sean and I have proved in theory that  Newton's law's  are only relative to guide the quantum existence into some laminar flow.  There is an abundance of Power in this Universe, it continuously absorbs  oxidizes, transfers and is never ending. Water is rising from Global Warming and will come quickly with an uncontained amount of chaos that our Children will face in the future.  I'm sad especially for the refugees who are at loss,  unprepared for their fate.  As I watched Parliament the other day  I felt sick, our Politicians are so caught up with justifying themselves; they argue about inane facts of each other and Iguana's. They certainly have no  sense and no sensibility about this problem of rising water that will bring destruction and calamity of unparalleled proportions. The rhetorical speeches  and their intent is  diminished  as a Man 'x' 2 looses sense & sensibility to the power of ten. The bank may understand the Idea's we have on the table are real ideas that will support a stagnant National economy. 

                 And what about One tax that replaces all others as so many discoveries are made in this work of yours. The Governments ability to Secure the  future of investment in this Country would grow ten  fold when they understand the  prosperity of our resources by value adding to these great gifts for the people to profit and relieve the people from the complicated nature of tax paperwork that protects our capitol at all cost.  When the common man finally starts Sean, from a datum that is one hundred percent efficient, only then can he profit from on his own productivity straight away. I say in nine years we could build this countries capitol reserves to huge proportions and maybe the future  government's overheads could be taken from simple interest on  investments that compound each year. 

               My good friend Angelo said S.B.S  television may look at a Documentary series on the development of your thesis Sean and he may be very interested in filming the build of the device for a Nation wide audience.   It looks as though we might finally be bringing in some income to  repay some of those nasty legal costs. Considering all Australians should have a slice of this prosperity. I met with the Senior lecturers for Research at the Sydney University before I left for London.  They applauded our work as Courageous, excited about the  passion I spoke of ,  most excited about developing a clean V8 engine,    and finally:... Catch my breath I'm coming back to my hometown Sydney.   It's the  coldest Winter ever in London and It is a time young man for the World to discover  Sublimation,  away from this Chaos and rising water.  So lets save Christmas in 24 Hours
