To save Earths fragile environment, what if it were possible to collect the Electrons from Coal without burning it. What if this Vision also could grow Community development using Aussie IP and for the next twenty years we built a Vision. University students gaining onsite skills, with jobs that reflect the Science of Solid-Oxide energy. It is also possible to repatriate the Latrobe Valley rainforest area completely, to form a new Community and transition to cleaner Electricity outcomes everywhere around the World with Aussie IP partnering Science, University & the Industry Super leadership. A Vision of micro-economy, completing the Macro, requiring No Government funding or middle class Taxpayer involvement as the DA will fund the entire transformation.

A Science faculty for Victoria providing Sustainable base load power, creating clean energy through the efficient absorption of coal electrons - rather than inefficiently burning it. Planning that intends on repatriating these ancient rain forest seams with a long term plan over the next twenty years. Yes there are many obstacles prescriptively but, Imagine the People partnering Science & University to develop a solid oxide Coal battery 40 times more energy per kilo than Lithium. A massive investment opportunity awaiting many Council Town Planning committees to promote 'Blue Sky' ideas. I have seen a vision of the National press club addressing Industry and our CSIRO, speaking passionately for Australian's of new growth & new jobs that protect the environment.

Australia, like many nations have very inefficient power supplies, a Carbon emissions problems, we have an aging population, our children stifled by foreign owned debt and under-employment is rising at an alarming rate - have we run out of ideas? When these dirty old Power stations could become a powerhouse investment, for all Coal Utilities owned by the people. A Car battery that doesn't explode, and lasts 10,000 kms of driving; And when replaced this battery is relatively inexpensive. Nil emissions and garden fertilizer the end result.

A thesis on investment potential, job security, developing clean energy supplies also provides the canvas for teaching life skills to thousands of students. Imagine sustainable environmental care on a whole new level, that empowers many similar facilities into being a community of the future. I'd say with certainty the opportunity may be one of the greatest social visions ever conceived to help our economy transition from the bottom upwards.
