To understand our evolved circumstance and accelerated lives we must first look at the mandate of the People and then compare the control of the Hourman to our datum `x' + `y' = ONE

The mandate of the Government is to provide infrastructure for a better life for the people; as we have chosen.....The numbers of people are the collective consciousness & power of this Country and in Australia this is a democratic process. The mandate in our Country is to provide services from a collective source and to give the peoples will towards Education, Aged care, democracy, social security and local services such as power, water and sanitization.

To implement the peoples will the Government must protect our capitol & strategically plan for the future based on the morals that Australians adhere to in our constitution and these morals are firstly to protect our lifestyle, our soils, skies and waters through:

Creativity	By creating plans and goals for long term objectives that help us grow in the analogue existence we have been given. to show our beautiful countries abilities for products and services. to free us from the 38% efficient World of consumables. to present technology that aids us rather than controls us. To help the common man prosper & understand business to grow the great Aussie spirit.
Positively	To have ideas "How?" to implement these initiatives continuously through Philosophy, engineering and Ideas from our available financial resources. to represent the peoples will in creating a datum that represents all of us in truth. by letting people prosper by protecting our capitol. By investing in the people's interests in a bi-partisan way for the needs of these communities that the members serve. Even if they serve in opposition
Protecting	Our resources by "Value adding" to these huge natural gifts in providing jobs and to allow us to finance the objectives through investing in defensive mechanisms that protect our capitol.
Showing	the people how to start and prosper in business; Where the responsibility lye in each of our lives and benchmark this truth to earth. to benchmark our existence to a datum that we can see smell feel and touch. By showing that earth gives us life for happiness not misery.

Creativity	is the word for short term gain. Sell off the basic infrastructure such as Roads and Electricity to private consortiums so the Government can raise money for a health system we cannot afford. To compete against countries that have much lower living standards and to diminish our own job security and manufacturing abilities by starting with electricity and engines that are only 38% efficient. To give away our natural resources to foreign interests who profit without giving back to our economy. To buy technology from overseas rather than invest in our own talented people. to compete on a World level playing field with a stock market that is speculative shedding the risk to the goodwill of the people and to give away our soils & timbers without insisting that the resources are value added too for our countries balance of payments benefit.
Positively	Wasting tax payers money in debate By criticizing each other personally and creating a continual opinion of the elected members to form doubt in the peoples minds rather than bring issues that the communities need and elect their individuals to serve. To respond to the continual demands trying to simply solve everyone's problems. By taxing us every which way and continually creating new ways to burden our prosperity.
Protecting	By sending our Son's and Daughters to fight other peoples Wars to protect the inefficient resources we are told we need, justifying that it protects our way of life.
Showing	us that the Government spends most of its time fighting fires of apathy and despair, trying to solve everyone's problems. That we can't even sing the children we have raised a Christmas carol any more because it offends someone else's stories of morality when the truth could be benchmarked to a higher process and that is self and happiness and life as Earth gives

The intent of religion was written with highest values and morals, but in our accelerated life what has happened to our instituted spiritual growth. There is no need to justify to any person of your personal beliefs or argue who is God to anyone. If you are Christian then a Muslim person will have a different view on this subject, no doubt. If you have another view then this will be argued. The Highest process towards life is analogue and there is one common datum to consider and this is the Earth that you can see, feel, hear and touch. Gnostic, The Earth supports life and is our greatest asset. It is immoral to harm her in any way as by harming her you harm all of us in life and all religions recognise this fact. Religion has been created by Man and has been created for:

Self	to understand God is self and that we are each created in an image of the divine, the Unknowable, the magnificent and that lies, condemnation and Evil only comes from the mind that we have been given as mechanical function. That your consciousness cannot be explained scientifically. That your spirituality is your choice and your body is from this Planet.
Love	That Love never hurts and is not conditional ever. your responsibility towards life is to find love in happiness and procreate this to others. love never causes your problems. Love shines through us always between two whole and complete beings making one
Responsibility	That no other person is responsible for your anger, your life's outcomes and the responsibility you have towards self. you are not here To live in misery.
Giving	That you can only give to others if you can accept yourself first as your ability to give is Power and that is always given freely by the Universe
Acceptance	of each other as we have been delivered to this life whatever shape or form
Reverence	of the importance of the understanding that the Earth and Life is all we have and all we need to survive. God can't exist if we are not alive to revere it.
Death	Will come to you - as we are only mortal and as the cycle of Water we will find there is more than we have experienced on this Planet. That from Death comes decay, fertility and then new growth as that is the way.

Self	we are labelled `Selfish' if we care for ourselves in any way and we are taught that we must give to others first. That You must fear your god
Love	that love is conditional and that you must fear your god. Love has certain rules and regulations to adhere to if love is to be maintained.
Responsibility	Is that you are condemned at birth and that you must fight others for your educated beliefs or fidelity in religion.
Giving	is feeding the poor continuously to solving their inherent hunger rather than commit a process that solve the poorer peoples struggle for infrastructure completely
Acceptance	that your God is the only truth and his rules are the guidance over acceptance or rejection. that man was created in the image of a god. And women weren't
Reverence	Is towards rules and an Object rather than the beauty we can see feel and touch
Death	we are taught to fear god and if we do not please him we may go to hell and for some people that would be to have to live again in this world of apathy and despair.

It is our responsibility in life to live accepting the shape and form you were given and to profit from your hard work. That is simple DNA function and is meant to be. In our creativity we have found easier ways to reduce the burden of labour intensive processes and so we have named our creativity technology. Mankind has experienced an expediential growth over the last 40 years in population and wealth because of our technological advances. Capitalism is a result of owning this technology and it has benefited many people, in medicine, mobility, water supply, sewerage, house power and computers. Many people earn income and support the family unit by working for the infrastructure enabled from technology. We can benefit greatly from building infrastructure and allowing creative ideas to grow, thereby enabling similar minds to profit in a process from hard work. In the freedom we have constituted we find the insidious Hourman is most abundant and resourceful. The Ideals for capitalism can be great with positive virtues for:

Life	To earn money to enable you to have the things you need in life.
Trading	between other Countries to earn export dollars for our Australian economic value
Giving	workplaces and education to younger people so they can learn new skills.
Education	So trades and skills can be passed on to show our younger generations how? to self perpetuate.
Resources	To "Value add" to our own resources into products with Australian labour into saleable products to allow us the ability to provide a continuous source of employment.
Waste	To find ways to recycle and use our waste as fertilizers so new growth can come from the cycle of life
Infrastructure	To build the will of the Nation, providing Hospitals, Education facilities and aged care.

Life	the Hourman has expectations of you for his needs and demands your continual effort for his Time and efficiency management and you are an expendable resource to make cheap products that create much waste and control you entirely. trade skills have been lost and creative skills that need to be handed down to future generations is in decay. many trades are now extinct.
Trading	our natural resources are sold in a competitive World market. The Hourman cuts our beautiful forests up for chips and then we are encouraged to use the cheap nasty products such as mdf boards for our construction projects. our soils and iron ore are given away in quantity to third World countries who employ cheap labour whilst the waste ruins the rivers and oceans. we sell quantity not quality and we are told that we must compete on a level playing field.
Giving	The Hourman does not give back to the country. companies are run for profit and the control of personal wealth. we do not foster growth of culture in our companies through training or responsibility of personal satisfaction. we create industries from Cancer and we are aligned in the pity of the people rather than the spirit of the people.
Education	tradesman are few and far between. skills are not passed on these days. we speak that someone else should be doing something about the education needs and we complain that this is a Government role and not our companies responsibility even though our companies are absolutely stretched to find skilled workers.
Resources	we burn the Worlds resources at an inefficient rate because they are easily attainable. from each dollar we spend on energy we get 40 cents of heat.
Waste	we dump the waste from our process's into the Ocean. we expects the earth to magically clean up our mess. we is lazy and we expect that cleaning is to relocate the source of pollution.
Infrastructure	we don't understand this word at all. we need to build with life in mind; with needs in mind financial gain these days is a short term need regardless of consequence to life.

The accelerated World in which we live in has now become a function of the binary curse of the Hourman and he has profited from speeding up our existence in time. You will know him and you may serve him; beware and recognise that your power is life and this has been given in an analogue fashion, not in his time. The Earth turns approximately one turn per twenty four hours to give you life and in some form this will continue and we know that we have to make change soon if life is continue in the form we understand. The Hourman has instrumentally created the Wastes and Carbons in our soils and sky and as Global warming speculates the destruction of many lives within the next ten years he will deny his part. The Force of the Hourman can be addressed easily and as he feels the power of the people changing to renewable energy he will abdicate from his position, as the Earth makes her correction; back towards absorption and harmony for that power has been given to her and she gives it to us as life freely........
